Large furnished room available for rent in central Broadbeach. I am relocating to Perth for min 6-7 months and am renting my room out while im gone. I could be gone even longer it depends on work. The apartment is awesome (4bdrm and fully furnished) and you would be sharing it with 2 cruisey flatmates. The room is quite large has a fairly new comfy queen size bed. It also has a walk in robe dresser and a desk. You would be sharing a bathroom with 1 girl. There is also secure under cover parkiing for a small vehicle. If you like the Broady lifestyle this place is for you. Every restaurant and bar you can imagine is literally at your doorstep not to mention the beach is only 2 blocks away.
