Hi there My partner (we are 28-30) and I have a room to rent in Broadbeach – available July 20. Older style very tidy unit – very close to the beach shops park a public transport. Fully furnished and ideal for a student who enjoys and active / beach lifestyle and wants a quiet place to study too.
