Its a 2 bedroom unit it Broadbeach fully-furnished apart from the bedroom. Only a block away from the beach and a 5 minute walk to shops. Im a 21 year-old easy going female looking for someone relaxed to move into the unit who must have a job and be moderately clean. It is $145/week for the rent however doesnt include electricity… the bill is generally about $250 every 3 months and we would just halve it when the bill arrives.
