I have 1 room for rent for a minimum of 1 month.

The apartment is situated in Broadbeach which is well positioned and close to the highway and bus stops so great for transport options.

It is only a 10 Minute walk into the heart of Broadbeach and to the beach and 15 minutes on a bus to Surfers Paradise.

The apartment is on the 2nd level which will give you good security and also great natural light and a great sea breeze.

I like to keep the apartment clean and tidy so will be looking for someone who will do the same.

The room is medium size, has a built in wardrobe with full mirrors. The room is unfurnished at this stage but will look at putting in a bed if required.

The room is $150 per week + electricity. I will also require 2 weeks bond of $300.00

A Japanese Female learning English would be preferred as I will be commencing a Japanese language course shortly and would like to have someone to speak to in Japanese and help with their English.
