We are 3 flatmates looking for a 4th person to share our apartment in Broadbeach. The flat is located minutes from the ocean front and is part of a resort with a swimming pool Jacuzzi BBQs and all bills included in the rent. In itself the flat is very spacious and has two large bedrooms. The master bedroom is occupied by a couple whereas the other room has two single beds with one taken by the 3rd person. Additionally there is an extra camp bed available and we would be okay with 2 people moving in together ($260 per week then). All rooms have celling fans and the flat is located on the ground floor with 2 larges terraces. In terms of appliances the flat has got everything needed and more with a cable TV dishwasher washing machine and a dryer. Now a bit about ourselves we are 3 French friends (2 guys and 1 girl) but dont worry we are all fluent in English ! We are open-minded clean and looking for a person with the same interests who would stay for a minimum of 1 month. We are on a working holiday visa and will stay in this flat until mid-April with possibility of extension.
