May organize a bed if you plan to stay a while.* My room has an en suite so you will have the main bathroom and toilet. The laundry is located in the main bathroom so the only time I will access it will be to do my laundry. My friends always use my en suite.* Its on the main road of the Gold coast so public transport is not an issue.* Walking distance to Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach CBD and the beach is about a 5 minute walk.* Rent includes internet access running wireless or you can use my computer.* Neighbors are generally quiet with a mixture of ages.* There is not much of a back yard due to the age of the block but hey the beach is so close.* This unit is in the perfect location to access everything.What do I want in a flatmate … tidy respectful and doesnt make to much noise.
