Freindly female living in townhouse with 2 rooms for rent. Both are fully furnished with built in robes and ceiling fans (beds can be removed). The main bathroom would be shared between these 2 rooms and there is a 3rd toilet downstairs. Electricity is to be shared or an agreed amount can be arranged. The living area has air con and there is a grassed courtyard at back. The complex has a pool tennis court and public transport available at the front. I like to live clean with good company to share good times and make a house feel like a home. I work full time so the only requirement i have is that my housemates are also working as i just find it easier to share that way inspections are welcome so if this sounds like you please contact me.
