The largest room in the house complete with ensuite and a large walk in wardrobe for clothes and storage – available now close to Griffith University and Harbour Town Shopping Centre. Public transport corner store and shops right outside the gated and secure townhouse complex. The house comes equipped with a washer dryer AC and a huge fridge to share. The complex is spacious and bright and also has a tennis court 2x pools and BBQ areas and large visitor parking. There is only one garage space but there is ample parking around the complex for extra cars. Were two sociable easy going guys who are into photography live music (one of us is a drummer) and enjoying good times with mates. Were seeking someone who is also easy going tidy and fun to live with. The length of stay at the moment is 3 months as our current roommate is moving out at the end of the month and our lease is up at the end of January.
