hi all. I am renting a apartment i am looking at sharing.. It is close to everything. Has 2 pools complex well maintained basement parking and the beach is right across the road. Apartment has all modern furniture and the bedroom i am looking to rent has its own big bathroom with bath/shower and own toilet.I am very easy going considerate and friendly.have lived with mainly females as i find it much easier. I would prefer to share with a mature minded female age not really an issue as long as you are not a big party person. I enjoy music and few beers but prefer a relaxed house.Tend to find the males i have lived with dont show as much consideration for privacy and looking after themselves.no offense to anyone.I do smoke but never inside balcony only.I work all day and leave the house each morning around 5am. I would prefer someone that worked or is going to uni to share with. I do have a few close friends that drop round occasionally both male and female but i tend to go out more when socializing.Rent is $160 per week. I pay my rent each friday and once every 3 months we would have to work out the electricity bill.The room has furniture in it but if you would like to bring your own thats no problem.Any questions please just send me an email will try to reply asap I will email photos if you send a email add. thanks andy
