Hi looking at sharing apartment im in.Location is biggera waters and is right on the broadwater with beach across the road. The apartment is 2 bedroom. Spare bedroom has own bathroom with big shower also a bath big mirror and plenty of room. Is the main bathroom in apartment. Also will have own toilet.Unit has all modern things. Apartmant is spacious with nice balcony and is on the top floor of complex.Rent would be $160 each and contribute electricity every 3 months also. Complex has 2 swimming pools and basement parking. I am easy goin and friendly get along with most people well. I am straight edge meaning i dont drink or do drugs.Dont mind if you drink tho but no drugs..I am a tradesmen and work fulltime leaving early in the morning. I prefer living with females and people that are reliable and honest. Would prefer someone that works fulltime or a uni student.Any questions just shoot me an email and ill get back to you asap.
