The studio room has a private back entry. There is one mature female renter who has her own TV/Lounge room and bedroom. The rooms and rental are negotiable as there are numerous combinations on offer. There will only be two renters in this house. An ideal renter would be someone of a mature disposition who would like this house to be his/her home.
