The unit is fully furnished except the bedroom that is available, you will need your own bed etc, room has own private balcony, double mirrored wardrobe, so plenty of storage space, you will also get your own large bathroom, that has a bath. Unit is air conditioned, has large front balcony, is on the third floor of the three storey building. Is one block back from the broadwater, you can also see the water from the balcony, area is very nice and crime freee, close to shops.
