Hi Im looking for a non-smoking flatmate. Im 26 work fulltime Im clean easy to get on with and a non-smoker. Ive got no pets and the unit is fully furnished. Its a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with just me living there. The room is unfurnished with ducted air cond through out. There is a cleaner that comes once a fortnight as well which is included. Im not a huge party person like hanging out with my friends and family or having a quiet one at home.There is a pool spa gym and sauna in the complex with vistors car park and lock up garageIm asking $180 including internet.thanks
