Your room:

There is only a queen bed in your room (which you will need to supply your own linen) however if you dont need the bed, i can move it.

It is a double size bedroom with decent cuboard space.

You will also have the main bathroom for yourself.

Quarterly bills will be split evenily (Electicity only). Rent is $185 a week which includes Internet and 1 Car space.

The complex has a pool, spa, steam room, BBQ area and cinema/media room.

Close to shops and public transport.

Sorry I am not looking for Couples.

About me: I am a single 29 year old male working full time. I also work in Brisbane on the weekend, so i am hardly home. You will basically have the place to yourself! I do like the occasional drink on the balcony evey now and then, but i’m not much of a party animal.
