We are in a secure complex with a big pool partially covered plus a sauna and spa pool . A really great Gym which is airconditioned. The barbeque area is fully covered with seats for 12 plus a meeting area social area media room are available. Our place is a modern villa has all mod cons including built in coffee machine dishwasher food steamer. We are laid back and easy living people and are totally flexible towards another flatmate we have 200GB of fast internet wireless free calls throughout Australia to landlines and mobiles (no premium or overseas calls included or to be made) Basically its a neat place to live age of flatmate immaterial garage parking as soon as we clear out garage space lol. Bedroom has large mirrored robes with sliding doors a great place to live with neat people modern townhouse in good modern complex Close to Southport Griffith Uni as well
