We live in a resort style townhouse that has bbq facilities and seating area that seats about 12 people spa steam room gym and media room that seats 8 people and has a big screen T.V with lounges. Townhouse is two storeys and is fully furnished. The living area is downstairs with dining area outside and another bathroom downstairs. You will be sharing bathroom with two other people but we can always use other bathroom if you are in it. Your bathroom also has a bath tub. Wireless internet as well as foxtel which includes movie package (10 movie channels) as well as entertainment package are included in your expenses. Electricity bill is every 3 months and that is divided equally when it arrives. We have a plasma T.V. The complex is quiet and gated guests can access the complex by buzzing the townhouse where you can then buzz them in. We are looking for someone who is neat and tidy and pays rent and bills on time. (This is a must). People with references will be given priority. Only on-street parking available although one flatmate not home a lot so you will be able to park downstairs under cover then. Room is fully furnished has a single bed set of drawers and bedhead as well as bedding material.Current tenant is moving back to Japan and room was only available for a few days before it was taken so get in quick.
