1 room available in a 2 bedroom apartment You will have the main bathroom to yourself there are views of the canals and its only a 50 meter walk to the beach. Also a 10 min cab ride into surfers paradise and is only 2 km away from harbourtown.I have all furniture so there wont be any room for anything but a bed and ur personal stuff i understand this may pose a problem but let me know what you own and we can work around it.Must be neat and tidy also a fun and easy going person as i would like to make friends with whomever moves in.A little about me im a 25 yr old carpenter so im up early during the week i enjoy going out on the weekend but also like a weekend in to relax.I enjoy going to the beach and most sports I am friendly and very easy to get along with and will respect your privacy and needs to your own time as i know i need mine from time to time.
