Hi everyone! Im looking for a female to take my room within the next 3 weeks you will be living with two other young friendy girls in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse. The room available is a double room sharing a bathroom with one other girl for only $120 per week! Utilities not included but its only roughly $60 max per person every 3 months. Its in a large complex only a short walk to the Benowa Coles shopping centre. Unfortunately pets are not allowed smokers ok but only outside couples and children are also unfortunately also a no.
