Hi everyone my name is Jackie myself and a female friend are looking to move into a 4 bedroom 2 storey townhouse in benowa next weekend. The rent for the unfurnished room is $145 per week (utilities not included) and you would be sharing a bathroom with one other girl. The house has a parking space for 1 other car and has a small backyard. The complex itself has an outdoor pool bbq area tennis court and is only a short walk to the Benowa Garden Shopping Centre. Whilst we would prefer someone who works full time we will accept students with a reliable source of income as you need to sign a lease with a bond of 4 weeks rent. Myself and my friend both work full time we are friendly considerate and clean girls!
