hi my names nick, i have a room for rent in benowa which is central gold coast really close to surfers, there is a huge king room with ensuite, fan and aircon. the bathroom which is amazing has huge mirror, spa bath shower . the house has a massive kitchen with all the utensils you need, the living area is massive and has a new 42″ tv, new couches and a fussball table, there is a large dining area, a big backyard, upstairs there is a balcony / entertaining area which overlooks the whole of the gold coast form broadbeach to runaway bay and out to the hinterland. the houise has wireless internet and there is off street parking. and all in all its just a really cool place to live.

i am 25 years old, i work full time as a pipeliner so i work away and am not home very often, i dont party to much these days but every now and then i will let my hair down. occasionally have mates around but not all the time, i am pretty chilled and easy going person, i like to keep the house tidy and always clean up after myself.
