All bills are included in the rent (electricity foxtel internet etc.). You will have your own private entrance bedroom ensuite living room and kitchen (shared laundry). Its in a nice quiet area but is close to everything (shops transport etc.). Furnished or unfurnished youre choice . Pets are fine but I do have a dog and a cat so theyll need to get along (but that shouldnt be a problem). If youd like to know more send me a message
