I m an easy going person looking for a reliable flatmate the house has plenty of space and has all utilites included in the rent. Its close to shops transport Ashmore Tafe and Surfers. We are both sociable but also respect peoples privacy. We dont mind having a drink that is when were not working but thats not to say that were party animals. The house is always kept clean but not so much that you would have to worry about leaving a glass sitting on the counter. Theres also a dog and a few cats here but they all get along and they are very friendly
