Bond is negotiable dependent on the applicant(s) We also have a spare bedroom for guests and family which is nice during the holiday periods.This Two storey house is located in the sought after Benowa District 1 minute walk to TAFE and 5 mins by car to Surfers 2 mins to Southport Park Shopping Centre close to a bus line schools and 10 minutes drive to Griffith Uni.We have two indoor entertaining/TV areas a cardio gym in the garage including treadmill and and two outside eating areas that overlook the Gold Coast Skyline 280 degs of the Coast and Mountains.Everyone loves this space especially at night or when entertaining friends.
