I have 2 fully furnished rooms and 1 unfurnished room for rent. Central to everything. 10 minutes by car to Southport and Surfers Paradise (20 mins on bus). Am on main road and on bus route. Shops close by. Rooms have 1 single bed bedside table with lamp desk with lamp and chair chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. There are two bathrooms in the house with one not currently being used so that would be shared by you and anyone else who moves in. Large outdoor undercovered area and large yard currently being landscaped. Plenty of space for parking. I occasionally host international students on a short term basis (usually a month) and sometimes the host organisations require all housemates to have a blue card. If required it would be free to get. Im pretty easy going but would like a flatmate that is clean and tidies up after themselves. I run a business from one part of the house and so that means sometimes I need little to no noise during the day when I have clients (no more than an hour or two at a time)
