Seeking a flatmate for a 3 bedroom home in Benowa. Massive yard with heaps of parking. Will be OK for pets as well. Large inground pool 2 lounge areas – Doulbe garage. Ok size bedrooms but only has 1 bathroom – Downstairs office is currently un-used and would be included. House has Austar and Intenet and heaps of outdoor entertaining areas. I am 32 male – graphic designer and work alot so you would have alot of time to yourself. Really is a great house and would be a shame to have to leave it.
