I have a large room to rent in Ashmore. I am a tennant at this property for next 6 months and would like to find somebody to share rent and biil costs with. The room has a built in wardrobe and a ceiling fan there is also an adsl internet line in the room which you can connect up if you would like to. I Live with my 17 year old son.I have 2 Burmese Cats both desexed females who both live indoors only they never go outside however they do not have to go into your room.There is room in the garage for your car and also a bit more room for storage.There is a toilet and shower that are available for your use only.I have a large back yard.My son and I are both smokers although we smoke outside and never in the house.
