Hello, i am looking for someone to take over my lease as soon as possible, it is $190 a week till December 31 and then $195 a week for all next year. Nexus place is about a 20 min walk to Griffith and there is a bus station right outside. You will have your own bathroom and share the kitchen with two other girls who are really nice and easy to get along with, one will be 19 next year and the other will be turning 20.
