Hi I’m lenard have 3 bedrooms upstairs one room is available share with two aussie ladies each person have own room $140 per week fully furnished including electrcity and unlimited internet . 7 eleven and Mc Donalds across the road close to shopping centre, 3 mins .walkin to bus stop,7mins. driving to griffith university and 15mins driving to nerang station, handy if you’re working at southport,bundall,nerang etc. specially if you’re student at tafe ashmore. We are Filipino couples living downstairs easy going and friendly only single lady working or student can be approved.
