Hi I am a fit outdoor loving person who needs to share his house with another like minded individual. I am tidy and upfront and enjoy food and wine and friends. I keep physically fit and enjoy the company of good people. The house I live in has one bedroom on offer with its own shower and toilet. The room is semi furnised with a futon bed a builtin wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The house is very comfortable to live in cool in summer and warm in winter. Its five minutes walk to the shops 10mins drive to Griffith uni and has a bus stop almost right out the front door. I have a cat and he is very friendly and good company. I am resonably quite at home and are pretty easy to get along with.
