We are a friendly fun loving couple aged 24 and 26. We are seeking a single / couple to rent one of the spare bedrooms in our three bedroom two bathroom house.The room is of a reasonable size with built in wardrobes. The rent is $170p/w (for a single) for the unfurnished room this includes electricity gas and internet.The house is fully furnished with lounges washing machine dryer kitchen utensils computer etc. We have a fairly large backyard with a great entertaining area. The house is five minutes walk to Ashmore TAFE and close to shops and uni. There is also a bus stop right out the front of the house.We would prefer a non smoker that is animal friendly as we have a dog. Please email to arrange a time to see the spare room.
