Hi! We currently have 2 rooms available to choose from we only really want to fill one so youll have a choice of which room you want! It can be either furnished or unfurnished. Youll share a bathroom but the person you share with works night shifts so is only really ever in the bathroom at like 6pm at night. It has a separate toilet to the actual shower/bath area. We have 3 large living areas and separate dining area. An awesomely massive couch with a big TV Austar and sports package! Austar is included in the rent price. We just split the electricity bill among us when it comes. We take care of all the lawns and stuff too! Were a pretty easy going bunch like the casual wine and beer not a massive party house though.
