I am looking for 2 Tenants who are clean and tidy and can pay rent on time.Must have employment or Student.I have 2 small cute fluffy dogs that love everyone.It is a 4 bedroom house with own bathroom for Tenants.Walking distance to shops and bus stop to Griffiths Uni.eg.I would require 2 weeks rent in advance and 2 weeks rent as a bond.Very nice clean and modern home.Very feminine.$150.00 per week.
