Hi Available now is a big double room in a new and beautiful big brick house in Arundel. Room easily fits queen size bed plus study desk. The room features large built in wardrobe with mirrors and also has a fan.This new 2 story home has a large kitchen double garage separate lounge and dining good size backyard close to golf courses shops and the university. Foxtel is included and your room can be furnished or unfurnished. Everything you need is already in the house. Feel free to bring your own furniture or come empty handed. Rent can include electricity and internet and ranges from $130-150 based on if you want all the extras (this can be discussed). The girls in the house are absolutely fantastic. They all look after each other share lots of laughs are very respectful of each others belongings and make great friends. The girls are very flexible on who moves in however we are looking someone reliable trusting and friendly.Unfortunately I cant load pictures but we can arrange for one of the girls or myself to be at the house at any time to fit your needs.
