Im looking for a housemate preferably female aged 20-30yrs to share with me (23 yr old professional). Rent is $185 a week ($370 fortnightly) does not include bills. Only other bill is electricity. The rent is for 2 rooms currently one is a bedroom and the other a study/spare and the bathroom is all yours! Needs to be a working professional who enjoys having a friendly chat at the end of the day over a nice meal and glass of wine. Town house is located on a gated complex which has a pool hot tub gym tennis courts and BBQ area. Located next to a golf course and contours gym. The house is 2 levels with 3 bedrooms garden and lock up garage. It is fully furnished apart from the rooms for rent however any furniture for communal areas is welcome as there is plenty of room. The lease is until the end of January 2011 however hoping to extend it until at least March 2011. There is a bond of one months rent which is $740.I dont currently have a landline or Broadband I just use mobile internet.
