Quadrant Apartments – short drive to uni cbd shops. looking for individual clean respectful and honest. Im a full time worker who is going back to uni. Personality has to mesh with mine which isnt normally a problem. Not a bad little apartment definitely worth checking out. Lease is up in Aug and looking for a roomate for remainder of lease and possible longer. Apartment has A/C dishwasher dryer tile flooring with carpet in the bedrooms closets in bedroom and small drawer within closet also. House is wired and currently set up with pay T.V and wireless internet already. Apartment complex has pool and spa.
