The unit is a two bedroom two bathroom. I am a busy full-time worker and I also study part time so I am not home much. I have nice things so I would like to live with someone who has respect for my things. My apartment is fully furnished. The room has a double bed and a desk with a pool in the complex. The Unit complex is only 1 year old. Internet and electricity are not included in the rent of $150 per week. You will need to be clean and tidy. There is car parking available and a bus stop is right outside the unit complex. I have a bubbly personality and have lived in Townsville my whole life. There is a bus stop right outside the apartments that goes to JCU. There are shops within walking distance of the complex. It takes a maximum of 10 minutes to drive to the Uni and City from the apartments.
