its a quiet set of units. As i have the back one i have a small yard. Close to city and shops. Also close to castle hill running walking tracks. I am a shift worker . Working most nights. My flatmate is moving in march. Also if own tv for living room can use austar included in rent. Also in rent is payment for a general cleaning lady. Who comes once a week and cleans the bathrooom toliet kitchen and living area floor. Need to be pet friendly as i have two indoor cats. i am looking for someone that is fun and easy going. i am always up for a chat and a drink.Also i like having movie nights and heading to the gym.
