We have a pretty chilled out spacious apartment right in the centre of the city with a vacant room waiting for a new owner.Currently home to a guy and a girl who are both professionally employed full time. Theres room for furniture after our outgoing housemate leaves though happy to purchase more if needed.Were both pretty easy going and enjoy a quiet chat and a glass of wine over dinner as well as time with friends our out on the town. We eat reasonably well and keep fit and healthy and are looking for someone similarly inclined.The available room has built in robes split system air conditioning and overlooks Reef HQ and the city centre. Were literally 5 minutes walk to restaurants pubs good coffee gelato the strand Gregory Street and a host of other great places.Non-negotiables include splitting bills and payment on time shared cleaning weekly neat and tidy but not pedantic! We buy and cook for ourselves though we tend to have a bit of a family night most weeks and enjoy dinner together.Drop us a line if youd like to take a look the room is technically available from mid-May but we can be flexible for the right person.Tori and Jer
