We are two easy going, employed people looking for a cool flatmate to take our 3rd room!

We live in the centre of the city with beautiful water views & a stones throw from virtually everything the city has to offer.

The apartment is very open with a huge living area, large balcony and great kitchen. It is within a secure building with off-street parking and swimming pool.

We both enjoy relaxing after work, hitting the gym or the Strand for a run, and have a blast at frequent ‘family’ nights either in or out.

Ideally we’re looking for someone who is easy to get on with & will be social, though we both enjoy our own time as well.

We share the cleaning responsibilities and neither of us wants to be nagging someone to clean or tidy up and we’d prefer someone who can follow suit.

We pay rent in advance directly to the agent, plus 4 weeks bond paid prior to moving in.
