Currently living away for work and will soon be moving permanently into a job/role based in Mackay therefore need to move out.

Affordable living in Townsville City (Metro Quays Building), the place comes fully furnished with new 42inch TV, cooking appliances, 2 couches, 2 arm chairs (in a very large living area) 2 tables, a large balcony, double bed, storage space, air conditioning, 100TB internet (20/month) and all bills split evenly. One bathroom to share with 1 other housemate.

The building has a lap pool for swimming, full sized tennis court and a gym, all located on the roof overlooking Townsville CBD and all free of charge (lights for the tennis court are $1/hr).

Room-mates are both easy going respectable guys (both 21) and both working full time. One is a graduate Civil Engineer and the other is a 4th year apprentice electrician. Both are very reliable and easy to get along with. Required rent for the room is $140/week plus $20/month for internet and electricity/gas split evenly. The place is literally a 1-2 minute walk from Flinders Street and the Flinders Mall by foot, and is located on the 13th Floor.
