I have a room to rent out in Kirwan. The room is able to fit a queen sized bed and has a bathroom that will be shared with another occupant. There is parking available in the driveway as the garage is currently being used as ‘pool table room’. The unit is furnished but the vacant room is not.The complex has a security gate and access to a gym and pool. It is five minutes walk from the Cowboys stadium and next to the golf course. Currently there is myself and a male living here. We are looking for a quiet, clean and considerate person to share with.
