3 bed 2 bath unit- 1 room for rent includes lock up garage. Secured complex with intercom. Lovely pool on complex with BBQ area only 10m from the unit. The house is fully furnished with new or near new appliances. The room has a double bed with a bedside and desk. Linen and towels available if need be. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other girl (32yo) and the bathroom is right next to to the room. There will be 2 other women living in the house. Very laid back and easy to get along with- work hard play hard motto. I am moving out as I am going overseas in April. The person applying should be employed over 22 years old friendly clean and tidy laid back and likes a chat.
