Hi all we are currently looking for a new room-mate to move into our 3 bedroom share-house. Place is a nicely renovated Queenslander in North Ward close to the Strand Castle Hill city and Gregory Street shops. House is large and roomy has a nice modern kitchen for anyone who likes to cook and a nice garden with outdoor entertaining area. All rooms have AC and fans although there are lots of windows and it is very breezy. Share is with two males a 27 year old postgrad student at JCU and a 24 year contemporary dancer working at Dance North.
