Its a 15min drive to the uni by car and is a short walk to the uni bus route. Best of all *if you like the beach* we have a large backyardwith a gate leading out onto the Strand.Both rooms are fully furnished with queen beds (one room is airconditioned the other is negotiable to get one put in).The house itself is a cottage style older Queenslander with polished floors fans throughout and all main living areas furnished. The rent of $600 per month which includes unlimited local interstate and most international phone calls. This also includes wireless broadband internet. Elecrticity will be split equally 3 ways.I am looking for someone friendly tidy who pays rent on time and who understands the need to study but who doesnt mind a chat.
