Hi We are Alex Tonia and Bec and we have a vacant room in our house in Mitchell St (behind the Watermark). The room has a huge built in wardrobe and split system aircon. Rent is $100 pw and split electricity bills. The room isnt huge though it comforatably fits a single bed but a queen bed might be a bit of a squeeze (though it can be done). You can also have half of the study for a computer / desk etc.The house has just been fully renovated including new appliances. Its fully air-conditioned and has a huge backyard carport large courtyard. The house is in a quiet area but is close to everything (its about 1 minute walk to the Strand and 2 minutes drive to the City). There is also a large study. The house has a also has wireless internet. About us- I am a 26yo mining engineer working week-on week-off. Bec (25yo) is a retail manager and Tonia (23yo) is a pilot.About you- Guy or girl who is easy going but can clean up after themself. Student or professional but must have a reliable income.
