Hi there We are Nicki and Alex. We have a huge open plan house in North Ward with 4 bedrooms + study and 2 bathrooms. The house is one street back from the Strand and 3mins drive to the CBD.The house was fully renovated inside around 18 months ago. The house is furnished (apart from the vacant room) fully air-conditioned and has all brand new appliances. The house has a large backyard and back patio/garden and wifi internet access throughout. We are leaving the small bedroom for storage and one bedroom as a spare/guest room. We have previously had 4 people in the house which was fun but just a little too busy.About the room-The available room easily fits a queen size bed and has large wardrobe that even the best shopaholic would struggle to fill. The room like all the other rooms in the house has a new split system aircon. A spot in the twin carport is also available. You would also have your own bathroom/toilet. Room will be available from mid October onwards. Rent is $165 p/w.About us-We are a professional couple aged 25 and 27. Nicki is an events manager for a charity and Alex is a mining engineer working a week on-week off roster near Mt Isa. We are not partiers but do enjoy a beer or wine in the back patio occasionally and dinners out in town.About you-Working professional aged 25 to 35. Mature but fun and easy to get along with. Clean…not just tidy but actually clean. Would be good to live with someone we are friends with rather than just housemates. Sorry no couples pets or kids.RegardsNicki and Alex
