Im a 20 year old male looking for another young person to share my flat as my mate moves back to nz tomorrow. The room has a bed desk and a wardrobe the flat itself has a table / desk a coffee table couches a tv fridge stove and oven a kettle and a washing machine. plates bowls cups glasses cuttlery cooking utensils and pots and pans. Pretty much got everything.The rent does not cover utility bill. we just recieved our bill for about 2 months and we had 5 people staying at one point because my brother was crashing on the couch and the bills only 120$ bills come every 3 months so it wont be much at all ontop of the rent. pretty sweet deal if you ask me ;)Im a 20 year old male.
