I just moved into 2 bedroom older style townhouse in Northward and needing a housemate to fill the other room. Room is unfurnished decent size bedroom with built in wardrobe aircon and tv port. it’s only one bathroom that has seperate shower and bath and second toilet downstairs. its a really clean place in set of six. so area and street is pretty safe and quiet. It’s in walking distance from strand rockpool roadworks and bus stop amongst other places too.
Rent will be $140.00 a week and electricity will be halved when bill comes in. you will also need to fill out a tenancy form with real estate that only takes a day to be approved. also to cover myself a small bond is required. I’m 27 working professional who isn’t a party goer.looking for a relaxed clean social housemate who can pay rent on time.sorry no couple’s or pets
