Im 28 working professional, looking to rent out my spare room in Townhouse. My house is Very Clean and is 3 blocks back from strand in a quiet street.Walking distance to shops bus stops castle hill. Room is unfurnished and is a decent size. Has aircon and built in wardrobe. Bathroom is share. it has separate shower and bathtub and 2 toilets.
Im pretty laid back and not a huge clubber chasing someone who is similiar and someone who works and is Happy clean and relaible.
Rent is $145 a week and electricity Bill will be split in half every 3 mths. A small bond of 2 weeks rent upfrount will be required.
