Smallish room available for rent – limited furniture- close to the strand and for those that like the walk / run along pallaranda.The room is one the second floor – and has a shared balcony and built in cupboard. currently only used as gym with a spare mattress for occasional guests. Downstairs is the kitchen and living area. Furnished with lounge and TV. Laundry amenities are down stairs also along with spare toilet. and external storage area (which I dont make much use of)Im a shift worker so at home at variable times – but I can sleep through a tornado so normal noises wont disturb me. And as I am up late – am looking for someone who doesnt mind that I may be making some noise (minimal) late at night on occasions.
